Dressage Training Scale

One of the strengths of our school is the training of young horses, the so-called "unbreeding" and the first years of competition in Dressage.

With our training methods, foals learn without stress or fear, becoming increasingly confident and attentive.

To develop our work as well as possible, we have acquired knowledge from different sources, the most important for us is the Dressage Training Scale; a safe guide based on six levels; in which each level is the basis for the next.

Knowing the equine biomechanics deeply is also very important for the proper training of young horses, since they are elite athletes who can suffer injuries that seriously harm their health. The horses are prey, so do not let us know when something hurts, we must be very careful not to damage them.

The study of animal behavior, both in the natural and domestic environment, also seems fundamental to us to be a good coach. Our desire is to understand the nature of the horse, respecting its personality, without allowing the training to cancel it.

Fortunately, Dressage is an art in continuous development; We try to keep up with the advances that are emerging in the equipment for horses, training methods, knowledge of ethology, food, physiotherapy etc. Y
